Preparing for Parenthood

Tonight was our second of three childbirth education classes. Last week we learned about the different stages of labor and tonight we practiced various massage techniques. Katherine especially enjoyed the hand massage.
We really appreciate the staff at Mercy Medical and are looking forward to spending more time there in the not-too-distant future.
