If you are looking to book a ride, you can sign up for an account directly through the mobile app. Creating an account directly through the website is not available just yet, keep an eye out for account registration through the website in future updates.
Ourlane is currently only available in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. But we are working hard to make the platform available in more cities around the world.
Currently you can only request a ride to a certain destination through the mobile application or through the website and you will be charged based on the duration of the trip. We are working to update our services to provide you with a wide range of experiences.
Refunds are provided on a case by case scenario, based on the severity of the request our team will review the case and get back to you at the earliest.
